We accept only Paypal payments. Payment for ordered patches must be received within 3 working days.
Shipping cost 4.99 eur, every additional patch + 1 eur. We ship patches within 3 days after receiving cleared payment by prioritare registered Mail. If for some unknown reason Mail lost we ship order again. Returns are not accepted.

- The price depends on:

- - Complexity of the patch;
- - Stitch quantity;
- - Order size;
- - Personal relations with the manufacturer.
- 2. What time it takes to make a patch?
- - One patch is made in 1-3 days;
- - Larger quantities are usually made in about a week.
- 3. How can I see the patch before buying?
- - We always send a picture of the made patch;
- - Having the picture of the patch you can than express your remarks on how you’d like the design to be changed;
- - We always fix the patch the way you want it to look.
- 4. How to order a patch?
- - Send us a picture you’d like to make a patch of, to info@patch-shop.com
- - Don’t forget to specify your requirements for the patch;
- - We will contact you within 2 days specifying a lot of information about YOUR patch;
- - When the patch is made will send you the photo of the manufactured patch;
- - If you notice something in the patch that you’d like to change, we will change it.

- 5. How do you attach a patch?
- - The most common way is to sew it on;
- - We can also attach the patch:
- Velcro fiber;
- Special plastic fiber, that allows you to “stick” the patch to a surface using an iron.
