Delivery and Paymnet

We accept only Paypal payments. Payment for ordered patches must be received within 3 working days.

Shipping cost 4.99 eur, every additional patch + 1 eur. We ship patches within 3 days after receiving cleared payment by prioritare registered Mail. If for some unknown reason Mail lost we ship order again. Returns are not accepted.

Delivery time to the following countries is as follows:

United States & Canada 14-25 Business Days
EU 4-6 Business Days
Russia 10-14 Business Days
Australia & Zealand 14-25 Business Days

1. How much a patch costs?
The price depends on:
- Size of the patch;
- Complexity of the patch;
- Stitch quantity;
- Order size;
- Personal relations with the manufacturer.
2. What time it takes to make a patch?
- One patch is made in 1-3 days;
- Larger quantities are usually made in about a week.
3. How can I see the patch before buying?
- We always send a picture of the made patch;
- Having the picture of the patch you can than express your remarks on how you’d like the design to be changed;
- We always fix the patch the way you want it to look.
4. How to order a patch?
- Send us a picture you’d like to make a patch of, to info@patch-shop.com
- Don’t forget to specify your requirements for the patch;
- We will contact you within 2 days specifying a lot of information about YOUR patch;
- When the patch is made will send you the photo of the manufactured patch;
- If you notice something in the patch that you’d like to change, we will change it.

5. How do you attach a patch?
- The most common way is to sew it on;
- We can also attach the patch:
  • Velcro fiber;
  • Special plastic fiber, that allows you to “stick” the patch to a surface using an iron.
